One very eye-opening analysis principle is that of social introductions. How do you refer to your spouse to people when you’re talking about them? Do you mention them as “my wife, Krissy” or “my husband, Jack”? Or are they “the wife?” Maybe they’re “the ball and chain” or “the boss.” How you refer to your spouse says a lot about your relationship, and that principle can be used in deception detection to learn a great deal about what’s going on behind the scenes. Today we get into that, and talk about what to look for, and what it means when you see it.
